Who is BTX Global Logistics Home Delivery?

BTX Global Logistics is a worldwide shipping and logistics organization with over 40 years of experience providing supply management and specialized services to customers around the globe. BTX’s Home Delivery division focuses on delivering large and high-value items to the residences of consumers in the U.S. and Canada. Inside delivery and installations may not be available in your area at this time due to COVID-19.

How long is the home delivery window?

Our standard home delivery window is 4 hours.

Will I get a call the day of my delivery appointment?

Yes, you will receive a call 30-60 minutes prior to your delivery.

What should I expect during a home delivery?

You will receive a call 30-60 minutes prior to your delivery appointment. Your delivery personnel will be wearing a mask and adhere to all CDC health and safety guidelines. An adult will need to be present to sign for your delivery. 

How do I know for sure that the appointment I scheduled online saved?

You will receive an email or text message confirming your delivery appointment was scheduled successfully. 

What should I do if I can’t be available for any of the appointment offerings?

It’s okay if you are not available for your delivery as long as someone over the age of 18 is home to sign for your delivery. If you want to be present for your delivery and cannot be available for any of the appointment offerings communicated with you, please contact BTX’s Home Delivery Customer Service Department for additional support by clicking here.

How do I schedule my delivery appointment for a more convenient time?

You can use the online options sent to you via your preferred method of communication to schedule an alternative delivery appointment. If none of the appointment offerings available work for you, BTX’s Home Delivery Department will automatically contact you to help find a more convenient appointment time.

My information is wrong, how do I update it?

You can update your phone number or address by submitting this form or contacting BTX's Home Delivery Customer Service Department. Please allow at least 24-48 business hours prior to your scheduled delivery appointment for these changes to appear to you on our website.

Can I update my contact information on the day of my delivery?

Contact information cannot be updated on the day of your delivery appointment. Address and phone number changes must take place at least 24-48 business hours prior to your appointment.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact your online retailer to cancel your order and discuss the refund process. BTX Global Logistics doesn’t handle these refunds.

My item is damaged, what should I do?

Contact your online retailer for additional support.
