Senior Marketing Coordinator - Corporate (Shelton, CT)
BTX Global Logistics, a full-service transportation and logistics company headquartered in Shelton, CT, with over 30 regional branches across the U.S. and Canada, is looking for a creative and dedicated Senior Marketing Coordinator with experience in email marketing, social media management and creative design/content creation.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Corporate Marketing Team and will be responsible for the development and execution of key marketing communication initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is professional, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to work well with others as well as independently. The position will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Development and implementation of marketing communication initiatives to help increase brand awareness and drive business
- Development and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Social media content development and management
- Development of collateral materials using Adobe Creative suite
- Support in the management of the company’s website and other internal platforms
- All other duties as assigned
Summary of Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a specialty in Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Design preferred
- 5+ years of marketing, content development and social media management experience
- 3+ years of creative/graphic design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience using HubSpot or comparable marketing platform
- Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics and video editing experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced Microsoft Suite skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Advanced knowledge of online content management systems, marketing software platforms and graphic design software
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-task effectively
- Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an integrated, cross-functional team to execute the organization’s objectives
- Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills, as well as being a highly skilled communicator
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to foster an encouraging environment
