Corporate Marketing Coordinator - Shelton, CT
BTX Global Logistics is looking for a creative and dedicated Corporate Marketing Coordinator with experience in marketing and social media management. This individual will assist the Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager in the development and execution of key marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is professional, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to work well with others as well as independently.
Duties to include but not limited to:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive business
• Support and assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
• Support and assist in the development of social media content & manage social media accounts
• Support and assist in the development, ordering and distribution of marketing/collateral materials
• Work cross-functionally with sales teams to update PowerPoint presentations & needed materials
• Assist with creative design and video production depending on areas of expertise
• Assist in the development and management of BTX’s internal employee portal and the BTX website
• Coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows
• All other duties as assigned
Summary of Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing and social media experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Suite required; WordPress and Google Analytics a plus
• Experience with social media content creation, curation, management and analysis
• Some creative design and video editing experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Final Cut Pro preferred

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-task effectively
• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues
• Have experience in assisting with the development of brand-focused communications that clearly articulate the mission and services of the organization
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an integrated, cross-functional team to execute the organization’s objectives
• Have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Have excellent relationship management and problem solving skills, as well as being a highly skilled communicator
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to foster an encouraging environment
• Be comfortable with online content management systems and/or marketing software platforms
